Rita is Technical Architect for the Corporate Service Design & Solution Architect function in Leonardo's Digital & Information Technology area. 

Rita started her career in Leonardo in 1999 as a software engineer, later she was involved in security configurations for systems undergoing ITSEC / Common Criteria certification. Passionate about Open Source since 2006, she has dealt with systems and applications on Linux platforms for Leonardo's Information Technology. 

She worked on Leonardo’s projects for the Armed Forces and the Ministry of the Interior as a System Architect. 

Rita holds a master's degree in Physics from the University of Genoa and in 2013 she obtained the Red Hat Certified Architect certification. 

Later she took an interest in Artificial Intelligence obtaining the Deep Learning Specialization Certificate, TensorFlow Developer Professional Certificate, TensorFlow Advanced Techniques Specialization Certificate and TensorFlow Data and Deployment Specialization Certificate.
